The location next to Lake Oswego is convenient for exploring the area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive during my stay. The king suite I booked was spacious, and I appreciated having a separate sink area from the bathroom. However, the furniture felt old, and there were not enough towels in the room. They were also quite thin. The bed was comfortable, but I noticed some signs of wear and tear throughout the room. The breakfast options were decent but could use a bit more variety. Overall, while there were nice aspects, the dated decor and lack of linens were disappointing.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with two comfortable beds, and we absolutely loved relaxing in the well-kept pool and hot tub! The rooms felt fresh and cozy after the updates, although the hallways could've used a little cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay, just make sure you ask for extra towels as there weren’t enough in our room! 😊

The king suite was spacious and featured new wood flooring, which felt hygienic and comfortable. Easy access to I-5 made getting around a breeze, and the friendly staff were particularly accommodating during our stay. However, my sensitivity to strong air fresheners was an issue, and some areas showed minor wear despite renovations. An excellent breakfast and coffee availability were definite highlights of the experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western. The hotel features a modern design, and the staff provided exemplary service throughout my visit. The room was incredibly clean and well-appointed with a comfortable king bed, making it easy to focus on my work. The business center was efficient and well-designed, contributing significantly to my productivity during my stay. The location was also convenient for meetings outside of Portland.
Limited signage for amenities could be improved.
