Austin
of the hotel during my Xmas stay were the friendly staff who were quite accommodating, and the well-maintained pool where my kids enjoyed swimming. Additionally, the location was quite convenient being close to shops and restaurants, and we were able to easily access the nearby parks for outdoor activities.
of the hotel during my Xmas stay were the poorly maintained rooms that looked and felt tired. The room was advertised to be spacious, but it felt cramped and had a stale smell. The bathroom had issues with the toilet not flushing and the dispenser not working effectively. my Xmas stay at this hotel was below my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it unless the management gives it a significant improvement.

The breakfast offered two complementary choices that were suitable for everyone. The hotel is located in a prime area, conveniently located close to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
There was no gluten-free option for breakfast. The toilet took too long to refill for use. The windows could not be opened enough to let in fresh air.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to access local attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from the room was stunning, with cityscape views that cannot be beaten. Additionally, the pool and fitness center allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay after a busy day exploring the city. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay.
The only downside was the lack of available pens in the room.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options to choose from, including fresh fruit. The location was convenient with easy access to the interstate. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The carpets in the room were old and dirty. The pull-out loveseat was uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The doors in the hallway were very loud and often slammed shut, which was annoying during the night.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Umi Sushi that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Recommend this hotel to anyone when they visit Lake Oswego. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a fridge were available in the room. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

We appreciated our stay. Hotel was spotless, free Wi-Fi. The place is 1.3 miles away from Lake Oswego downtown. Moreover, we could park our car on site.
